Beefsteak Dinner - Texas Style
Benefitting the Alzheimer's Association

Saturday, September 6
6:30 pm
$250 per plate

Join an exclusive group of discerning diners on Saturday, September 6th for a night everyone in Fort Worth will be talking about!  Chef Lou Lambert, opening chef at Reata, will re-create a traditional English beefsteak dinner with Texas flare.  This customary meal dates back to the mid-1700s where distinguished guests, dressed in their finest attire, donned white aprons and were served a steak dinner eaten with their fingers.  Lou’s version includes a reception, dinner featuring his famous grilled meats served family style (with silverware!), beer and wine, delicious side dishes, a scrumptious dessert and a traditional glass of port.  A rousing Texas country band will entertain, and a group photo in aprons and chefs’ hats will commemorate this first-of-its-kind Fort Worth event.  $250 per plate gets your name on the guest list!
