Get the Emotional Support You Need

Support groups are a place to meet new people, form new social relationships, and develop problem-solving skills. Support Group members become part of a community of people who know what it is like to live with Alzheimer’s.

Support Groups provide an opportunity to talk about feelings and be heard by people who understand their problems. Talking can be a highly effective form of therapy and stress reduction. Support Groups are also a place to learn more about Alzheimer’s and hear how others cope with similar challenges. They offer an opportunity to ask questions and receive support.

We have many support groups, meeting at various times and locations. Check to see if there is a group close to you that fits your needs. Judy Budlong is our support group coordinator. Please contact Judy if you need more information regarding support groups. Check out our topic schedule.
