Please joing us in making a difference in the lives of those with Alzheimer's disease and their caregivers.
This year's Honorary Chair is CJ DeCrescente.
As this year's Honorary Chair, I am extremely proud that this year’s tournament will be in memory of my Mom, Mary DeCrescente, who passed away this past October after years of living with the disease. She maintained her sense of humor to the end and I can still see her smile today.
One of the things that amazed me in those years was coming into contact with the many people who have a family member, friend or relative that has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and the difficulties they work through on a daily basis. It's an extremely tough time for many and the Association is an integral part in the programs and services they provide. The Association is only able to carry out its important services to families through grants, memorials, bequests and revenue from the generosity of businesses and individuals who support their signature special events.
The Dennis family has been, and continues to be outstanding in their support of the tournament and we hope you will be able to come out and help make this the largest amount raised in the history of this important event. As you know this "Labor of Love" has been growing tremendously and we want to accomodate as many people as possible. We will be limiting each flight to 140 golfers and on the attached form we are asking you to choose your preferred tee time. We will be accomodating requests on a first come first served basis. Our goal is to make sure everyone leaves the tournament with a great experience for a worthy cause.
How to Buy Tickets:
Invitations will be mailed in June, but tickets can be purchased now! There are four ways to buy tickets:
