Would you like to help support the Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter when you buy groceries?
You can, if you obtain a Kroger Gift Card, now available from the Chapter.
Just buy a card from our Chapter offices for only $5. (It's good for $5 worth of groceries.) Then fill the Kroger Gift Card up as much (up to $500) and as often as you want. Use the card to buy your groceries. (Just be sure to charge up your card at the customer service desk or at the register before ringing up your groceries.)
The Alzheimer's Association receives a 5% rebate from Kroger for your purchases. After you use your card, don't throw it away. You can continue to recharge the same card as often as you want, and each time it continues to benefit the Alzheimer's Association. (Think of it as a debit card: keep your Kroger card charged, use it each time you purchase groceries.)
Kroger gift cards can be used to purchase anything in Kroger stores, but cannot be used to pay for the following services: money orders, Western Union, lottery tickets, hunting/fishing licenses and Ticket Master.
