Enroll in the Kroger Rewards Program

If you shop for groceries at Kroger, your purchases can begin earning rewards for the Alzheimer Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter. All you have to do is register for the program and be sure to swipe your Kroger Plus Card, which is available at the customer service desk at any Kroger.

You can support the Alzheimer's Association on almost everything you buy, every time you shop. Please remember that you must enroll in this program, which you can do at (organization code #82000), where you can also find answers to questions you may have. You can only support one charity at a time, so please support the Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter. Thank you!
