If you have questions about placement in nursing homes and other residential care facilities we recommend that you attend this meeting which will discuss the following issues:
  • Getting acquainted with nursing home and assisted living communities
  • Making decisions for residential care placement
  • Choosing a facility that is right for you and your relative
  • Completing the application process

**NOTE** These meeting are ONLY for family & friends caring for people with dementia. Registration for these meetings are REQUIRED. Please call our helpline at 800.272.3900 to register.
