Visionary Women Caregivers Luncheon

May 9, 2014

The 8th annual Visionary Women Caregivers Luncheon will be held on May 9, 2014 at Rancho Las Lomas in Silverado Canyon. This elegant affair is the chance to gather in the company of friends to support those affected by Alzheimer's disease, their families and caregivers. The highlight of the event is the celebration of caregivers who have been nominated for award by their peers due to their extraordinary compassion, caring and strength.

Special guest Marion Ross ("Happy Days", "The Drew Carey Show") will be our featured speaker.

Gala 2014: Creating Hope

On Saturday, March 1, 2014, Alzheimer's Association Orange County Chapter held this year's Gala, "Creating Hope", at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach, hosted by Dave and Eydie MacInnis.

In addition to beautiful decor and delicious food, attendees were treated to an energetic live performance by American Idol Season 5 winner Taylor Hicks.

The wildly successful event raised over $525,000 for Alzheimer's disease research, programs, education and services.

4th Annual AAOC Science and Research Awards


Embarking on, or already started, a career in biomedical, clinical or psychosocial research?

The 4th Annual Science and Research Awards recognize research efforts and encourage scholars early in their careers to pursue investigation in the field of Alzheimer's disease and related forms of dementia.
