About us

Our mission
To eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

Our vision
A world without Alzheimer's disease.

Financial information

The Oklahoma Chapter is a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, donor-supported organization. Programs and services are made possible through contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations. The chapter uses 76 percent of funds raised for programs, services and research efforts.

Our executive committee consists of the Board Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and three Committee Chairs.  The Oklahoma City office has a Leadership Council which consists of at least (1) Chapter Board member and several local community leaders.  This is the 2014 Board Roster

In compliance with Internal Revenue Service reporting requirements, the Alzheimer’s Association has published Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, under section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Click here to view.
