Education and Outreach Coordinator - The Alzheimer’s Association is searching for an Education and Outreach Coordinator to join our talented Harrisburg office. This dynamic position will be a key coordinator for our efforts at engaging diverse communities and providers in the fight against Alzheimer's disease throughout Central Pennsylvania. The right candidate in this role will be able to educate others, engage strategic partners and implement a plan for enhancing and expanding public programming. Additional responsibilities include support of grass-roots advocacy efforts, planning and coordination of bi-annual conferences, and systems outreach. A key requirement of this role will be the ability to effectively recruit and manage volunteers, as well as manage relationships.  Minimum requirements are a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience with at least 2 years experience in an office setting. Comfort in a high paced, public facing role is vital and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint highly preferred. Administrative Assistant - The Alzheimer’s Association is searching for an Administrative Assistant for our Erie office. The Association is the world’s leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support and research.  The selected candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of daily office functions.  Additional responsibilities include administrative support to the Programs & services staff, Fund development staff and Executive staff. Assisting with conferences and special event logistics, donation processing and database entry.  Minimum requirements are Associates degree and/or equivalent experience with at least 2 years experience in an office setting, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel highly preferred.  Successful database experience required.  Some travel as well as evening and weekend hours are required.  Please send resume and cover letter to Don Kime at dkime@alz.org, No phone calls please. Special Event & Fund Development Internship - The Special Event and Fund Development Intern’s primary responsibility is to help increase fundraising through the recruitment of teams and participants for Walk to End Alzheimer’s, ALZ Stars and third party events with the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Pennsylvania Chapter through a variety of strategic initiatives.  Intern will gain experience in event planning, fund development and project management.  Click here for more information
