Director of Marketing & Communication - The Director of Marketing & Communication’s primary responsibility is to develop, implement and manage comprehensive and effective communications, media relations and publications that are aligned with the Strategic Business Plan. Responsible for raising public awareness and visibility of the Alzheimer’s Association to increase concern and awareness about the disease & funding opportunities and position the Alzheimer’s Association as the leading resource on Alzheimer’s disease throughout the Greater Pennsylvania Chapter. The position reports directly to the President and CEO, is a member of the senior leadership team, supervises the volunteerism initiative, and Board level marketing/communications committee. Other duties include participation in income development, advocacy, and program/service activities. Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years progressive experience in marketing and communications. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Chapter-wide travel, weekend and evenings required. Associate Director of Donor Relations - Harrisburg or Pittsburgh - Do you have experience cultivating and stewarding Major Donors? The Alzheimer’s Association is searching for an Associate Director of Donor Relations to work out of our Harrisburg or Pittsburgh Office. The Associate Director of Donor Relations is responsible for major donor, intermediate gift and foundation cultivation and stewardship for the Chapter working with the Vice President of Development, Major Gift Officer, and President and CEO. In addition, the Associate Director of Donor Relations will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Reason to Hope Events for the Chapter territory. Minimum requirements are Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in the fundraising field. Proven major gift experience including identification, cultivation and successful solicitation of individuals and foundations is required.
