Create Awareness While Raising Funds For A Good Cause
The mission of the Community Partners Program is to join individuals, families, and community‐based organizations with the Alzheimer’s Association to raise awareness through fundraising events, promote education, and provide compassion for those in Pennsylvania affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
There are many ways that you can raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Association. You can:
- Host a dinner party at your home
- Plan a Golf Event
- Run in a Marathon
- Host a 5K at your business/facility
