Performance Foodservice, one of the nation’s largest foodservice distributors, is committed to positively impacting the communities they serve and call home. They support a number of charities through donations, fundraising and volunteerism.

As part of their commitment to giving back, Performance Foodservice has created a one of a kind Forget Me Not cookie to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. A fudgy chocolate cookie with marshmallow bits and purple chocolate gems, the Forget Me Not will be available for restaurant and foodservice purchase via its distribution facilities across the U.S. Performance Foodservice will donate $2 for each case of frozen Forget Me Not cookie dough sold from June 21, 2015 to June 30, 2016. In addition, they are donating $25,000 in support of the Association. Their generosity will help advance the care, support and research efforts of the Association, moving us closer to our vision of a world without Alzheimer’s.
