Hotel accommodations

Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel, based on availability, until Wednesday, April 16, 2008. Please call the Grand Hyatt Washington at 1.800.233.1234 or 1.202.582.1234 to secure a reservation. Be sure to mention that you are calling to reserve a room from the Alzheimer’s Association room block to receive the special group rate.


Hotel rates

Single and double occupancy rooms are $259 per night, plus 14.5 percent tax. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and checkout is noon. A deposit is required for all reservations. Credit cards will be charged immediately to guarantee your reservation.

To check the status of your hotel reservation, please call 1.800.233.1234 or 1.202.582.1234. Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations after that time as well as no-shows will be charged for one night plus tax.

Transportation to Capitol Hill and Candlelight Vigil

Transportation will be provided to both the Candlelight Vigil on Monday evening and to Capitol Hill on Wednesday morning. Please indicate on your registration form the functions and events you will attend.
