Candlelight Remembrance Service

The Alzheimer's Association is inviting San Antonio and surrounding area residents to come together for a special candlelight ceremony and walk. We are honoring those individuals who have passed from Alzheimer's disease, those who are living with it, and all caregivers who are supporting them. The Chapel of the Incarnate Word will host the service with a reception to follow in the CHRISTUS Heritage Hall on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at 6:30 p.m.

November is National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month. This service is our Chapter's way of promoting awareness and bringing people together to honor and remember all who are touched by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. We begin with a service in the beautiful Chapel of the Incarnate Word followed by lighting of candles outside and a short walk to the reception in the CHRISTUS Heritage Hall.

For more information, please call our local office at 210-822-6449.
