Join us for 7-week educational and support program for persons with early stage memory loss and their care partners.  A diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease is physically, emotionally and financially devastating to an individual and their family. Understanding the disease as well as planning for the future in the early stages is critical.

Participants will learn about:

  • Understanding Alzheimer’s & memory loss
  • Daily living strategies & coping skills
  • Legal & financial information
  • Maintaining social & family relationships
  • Community resources
  • Partnering with your Physician.

At the completion of the “Take Charge!" Early Memory Loss Program, participants will have the opportunity to join our early memory loss continuation support group to help them navigate through the early stages of the disease. As the disease progresses, we insure our families have access to the added help they will need in an environment that is positive for both the caregiver and their loved one with dementia.

Pre-registration is required.
