Early Memory Loss Support Group

If you or your loved one have been diagnosed with early stage dementia, you are not alone.

The Alzheimer's Association's early-stage support groups are led by trained facilitators and offer dementia-related education, resources, emotional support and connections with others living with dementia and their care partners. Build relationships and learn from peers affected by early memory loss who understand what you are going through. This is a concurrent support group, meaning the care partners meet together in a separate room with their peers, while persons living with dementia meet in a different room with their peers. Both groups are professionally facilitated.

A brief interview is required for enrollment. Please contact Kelly Rein, MSW: 858-966-3291 to schedule an interview.

**As the disease progresses form early stage into middle stages and beyond, we ensure our families have access to the added help they will need in an environment that is positive and appropriate for both the caregiver and their loved one with dementia.
