As you explore this website, you will get an idea of how many critical programs and services the South Central Wisconsin Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association provides to the community.
The Alzheimer's Association receives little government funding and is mainly dependent upon gifts by individuals, corporations and service clubs to continue serving communities across Wisconsin. In fact, 90% of our operating income is from private donations from individuals, special events, fees for service and grants from private organizations.
Our 2008-2009 audit confirms that .84 of every dollar raised directly supports programs and services. The balance pays for administrative and fundraising costs.
If you have questions or are interested in donating to our Chapter, contact Miriam Boegel, Development Director, at 608.232.3409.
