What are Friendraisers?? They are third party events organized by friends and supporters that benefit the Alzheimer's Association Southeastern Virginia Chapter. These individuals or groups have a personal connection to our cause and are looking to engage others to support their efforts. The awareness and funds raised through these events help the Alzheimer's Association move closer to a cure for Alzheimer's disease! $8/ticket gets you a lot of food and an opportunity to see this Oscar-winner!

Join Us for a Paint we Paint To End Alzheimer's

Thursday, September 17, 7:00 pm — Poquoson Woman’s Club,  9 Cedar Road, Poquoson
You will create a 12” x 16” acrylic painting of “There is Hope” with instructions and supplies by Amy Z. Hor d’oeuvres and a Raffle Ticket to win a 2015 Camry are included. Bring your own Adult Beverages. See flyer for more details.

The 7th Annual PingPongforCHARITY Celebrity SLAMFest Events and Recreation Tourney
September 11 & 12 - at the Virginia Beach Field House
We want to raise MORE AWARENESS and MORE FUNDING for Brain Fitness and Mental Health, specifically to support our Charity Partners: Alzheimer's Association, People In Need, Vanguard Landing AND Parkinson's Association!

Nails Uptown - Williamsburg Crossing
Tuesday, September 22, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Treat yourself to a manicure or pedicure and 20% percent of the days proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. In addition, a donation of any amount enters you into a raffle for gift baskets provided by Williamsburg Landing and Nails Uptown. Gift baskets awarded every hour.
