Friendraisers

What are Friendraisers?? They are third party events organized by friends and supporters that benefit the Alzheimer's Association Southeastern Virginia Chapter. These individuals or groups have a personal connection to our cause and are looking to engage others to support their efforts. The awareness and funds raised through these events help the Alzheimer's Association move closer to a cure for Alzheimer's disease! If you are interested in hosting a Friendraiser of your own, contact our Development Manager, Jennifer Chavez, at 800.272.3900 or email jchavez@alz.org.

Nov. 24 - Dec 30

Creative ways to plan your own friendraisers: have your company or organization host an after-work event; partner with a local restaurant during lunch- and/or dinner-time; suggest to your club or group to hold a car wash or bake sale; and/or organize a soft ball tournament - just to name a few! Click here for more ideas.

Have your own an idea? Let us know! Email jchavez@alz.org.

We hope you'll consider being a part of leading our community in the fight against Alzheimer's! Together we can make a difference!
