Tree of Hope
The Alzheimer’s Association Southeastern Virginia Chapter is pleased to announce the installation of a sculptured “Tree of Hope” in the chapter office located at 6350 Center Drive in Norfolk, VA. The Tree represents a breathtaking welcome to the office while offering Alzheimer’s families the opportunity to forever honor and remember loved ones, and express their hopes for a cure.
As an elegant focal point upon entering, the Tree of Hope features individually mounted gold, silver and bronze leaves, two sizes of bronze rocks with brass plate for engraving, and a sculpted cast bronze base with dedication stone. A separate dedication plaque completes the wall where the tree is housed.
All of these beautiful pieces, either on the tree or scattered beneath it can be inscribed with words that pay tribute to a loved one. Leaves, depending on color, represent gifts of $300-$500. Stones beneath the tree represent gifts of $1,500 and $2,000 depending on size. The tree trunk with dedication stone (SOLD) and the separate Tree of Hope wall dedication plaque individually represent larger gifts.
The pieces are LIMITED IN QUANTITY.
The Tree of Hope offers a comforting presence and a perpetual message of love, appreciation and remembrance. For more information please contact Gino Colombara our Executive Director in the Chapter office at 800.272.3900.

Workplace Campaigns
The Chapter is a proud member of Community Health Charities of Virginia. Show your support during your workplace giving campaign by choosing the Southeastern Virginia Chapter's agency code #6002 or code #13194 depending on the campaign. Or if you prefer to designate your gift to our national organization, look for the Alzheimer’s Association (code #11234)
without the local chapter designation in the Combined Federal Campaign. By double-checking the name you are ensuring that your gift is being directed to exactly where you want it to go.
You can also support our chapter through your local United Way campaign! Many local United Ways support Donor Choice (write-in option) in their general workplace campaigns. All
you have to do is simply write in: Alzheimer’s Association Southeastern Virginia Chapter. If you have any questions about Donor Choice, please call the chapter or your nearest United Way.
