Adult Day Care: Developing a Person-Centered Care Program
This half-day workshop provides you with an updated understanding of the disease and the relevance and importance of person-centered care. Learn possible planning strategies, as well as specific ideas to change your program to meet the real needs of your clients and their family members.
The focus of discussion and education will specifically relate to appropriate activities and dining experiences that empower the elder living with any stage of the disease. Participants will become familiar with the use of the Life Story.
