Find lists of Alzheimer’s resources and community programs and services. Community Resource Finder is an online search engine offered by the Alzheimer’s Association ® that helps people with dementia and their caregivers to locate community programs, services and resources.

The Alzheimer’s Association does not endorse any of the providers listed.  The information contained in the Community Resource Finder is thought to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate.
