Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) The Alzheimer's Association has teamed with the Association of Activity Professionals of St. Louis and St. Louis University to bring you a unique program with an international touch. Learn about Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST), a program widely acclaimed in Great Britain and recommended by the UK's National Institute of Clinical Guidelines to enhance social engagement of adults with dementia. This interactive workshop provides the framework for implementing CST programs and the research behind their effectiveness. Video, group exercises and discussion will highlight the ways CST benefits elders across the care continuum.
