Memory Walk is the Alzheimer’s Association’s signature fundraising event with over 400 participating communities across the country. When you participate in our Memory Walks, please know that every dollar you raise helps to fund our valuable programs and services to those who are battling Alzheimer’s disease in Southwest Missouri.
Plan now to join us on May 15, 2009 at the Oasis Hotel and Convention Center to Wine and Dine with Chef Dean Fearing, Members of the Ozark Mountain Daredevils and friends. It is sure to be a wonderful evening with an exquisite menu prepared under the supervision of Chef Fearing, complimentary wines and great music performed live by the Ozark Mountain Daredevils.
The Wine Auction and Gala is one of the most popular fundraisers in Southwest Missouri. The 2008 gala was a great success generating $164,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association, Southwest Missouri Chapter. Proceeds from this event are used to help individuals and their families who are struggling with Alzheimer’s disease here in Southwest Missouri. Thanks to generous sponsors, auction donors and gala guests, the Wine Auction and Gala provides a large portion of the needed funding for programs and services.
