Welcome to Blondes vs. Brunettes Austin

Blondes vs. Brunettes is a volunteer-driven active event for women that that brings the passion and spirit of young community leaders together to support the Alzheimer’s Association. The event concept is organized around a flag football game in which the two participating teams are divided based on the age-old rivalry between blondes and brunettes.

An event committee leads the organization of the BvB game and all associated events. This committee has the support of the local Alzheimer’s Association chapter in coordination and organization.

The funds raised through Blondes vs. Brunettes benefit the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association. We strive to:

• Help families across the country by continuing to provide and enhance programs focusing on education and support.
• Advance critical research studies into methods of treatment, prevention and ultimately, a cure.
• Speak up for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s through our public policy initiatives.
