Connect with others in and around Austin

If someone you know and care about is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia, there is something you can do to help them and yourself. Plan to visit an Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver Support Group this month.

Support groups meet monthly to provide caregivers with an opportunity to share their experiences and receive support from others coping with Alzheimer’s disease. There is no cost or commitment to attend. We attempt to keep our directory up-to-date, but groups do change. For the most current information and to discuss any concern, call 512.241.0420. You are encouraged to contact the group facilitator directly as well.  NOTE: Professionals without an afflicted family member should call the facilitator prior to the meeting for permission to attend.
