The Alzheimer's Association - STAR Chapter provides services to families from the Panhandle, Greater East Texas, El Paso, Rio Grande Valley, Greater West Texas, and South Central Texas areas. Our chapter area covers approximately 164,000 square miles, incorporating 136 counties in Texas.
