Make a difference in the life of someone touched by dementia

There are many ways you can get involved with the Utah Chapter.

1.  You can contribute by:

• Mail, phone or online.  To mail a contribution, make checks payable to the Alzheimer’s Association and send to 855 East 4800 South, Suite 100, SLC, UT 84107.  To donate with a credit card, please call (801) 265-1944.  We accept all major credit cards.
• Gift of stock. Minimize your tax liability from capital gains by making a gift of appreciated stock.
  
• Employee Giving Programs.  Employee giving programs like Community Health Charities and United Way allow you to designate your gift to the Alzheimer’s Association Utah Chapter.
  
• Memorials and Tributes. Honor a loved one’s life with a memorial gift or tribute. 
  

2. Leave a Legacy.

3. Take Steps to End Alzheimer’s
Join a Memory Walk in your area and help raise funds for those in Utah who are battling Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.  Click here to find a walk near you!
