Alzheimer's Association Utah Chapter Values Card

It’s fast, easy to use and only $10 per card!

The Values Card is a discount card that provides reduced rates to movies, ½ off deals at restaurants, discounts at hotels, coupons for groceries, and much more. Many of the opportunities are from local businesses but the cards also discount on a national level, like Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, etc. The cards are activated online and most discounts can be obtained for use immediately.

Call Melissa at 801.265.1944 to purchase a Values Card by credit card, or send your check or money order to the Alzheimer's Association, 855 East 4800 South, Suite 100, SLC, UT 84107

Once you have your Values Card, follow these easy steps:

• Go to http://www.thevaluescard.com/

• Enter your login code (the number on the face of your card)

• Type in your zip code to find discounts to your favorite restuarants, movies, department stores and more!

By purchasing a Values Card from the Alzheimer’s Association Utah Chapter, you are supporting communities throughout Utah by helping families and individuals dealing with Alzheimers and related dementias receive the education and support they need.
