You can contact the Vermont Alzheimer's Association in many ways. Our Chapter staff members strive to stay connected with our community. However, there might be times when we are unavailable during normal business hours. When possible, please schedule an appointment to ensure that you receive help or information when you need it. If you are unable to call in advance and you arrive while we are out of the office, please call 802.316.3839 to schedule a time to meet with us or use our office resources.
