Interfaith Remembrance Service

Sunday, November 15th, 2009
2 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Sacred Heart Home Chapel
4520 Ransom Road, Clarence, NY  14031

The service is for people of all religious faiths, and celebrates the lives of people with dementia and their caregivers.  The service will include music, readings, prayers and blessings.  Please consider submitting the name of a loved one, either living or deceased, who we will remember by name at the service.

A reception will be held immediately following in the chapel foyer.
