The Alzheimer's Association, WNY Chapter relies on public and private donations and hosts several fundraisers throughout the year to provide programs and services to people in the eight counties of Western New York. We offer classes at our main office in Williamsville as well as classes and training for people and facilities in ALL eight counties of Western New York.
Here's a breakdown of how we use our funds in Western New York:
- 77% is used to provide programs and services to over 50,000 people in the eight counties of WNY affected by Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia
- 15% is used for fundraising events, such as our annual Memory Walk and Blue Moon Gala
- 8% is used for management and administration.
