Glasgow United Methodist Church Hoedown! Join the Glasgow UMC for a foot stompin', knee slappin', great tastin' evening in the Old West! The menu will include BBQ pulled pork or ham, slaw, pinto beans, lima beans, fried potatoes, cornbread, fruit cobbler and a drink! Come and experience our western-inspired decor, as well as entertainment provided by Kids for Christ waitstaff! Carry-out will be available! Price is $8 for adults and $4 for children! The church is located on the corner of 3rd Street and 5th Avenue in Glasgow, WV.

Big Bass Tournnament for Alzheimer's! Grab your poles and meet us at Mount Storm Lake for a bass tournament to benefit Walk to End Alzheimer's! Registration is from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., the tournament launch is at 7 a.m. or at safe light. Registration is $50 per boat. Pay out for top 3 Big Bass! Junior division, $10 per entry.
