Getting Started

How to download: Click on the following buttons to go directly to your device’s app store and download ALZ Meetings, the app used for all Alzheimer’s Association events:

  

You can also download our app by visiting your device’s app store and searching for “ALZ Meetings.”

Once the app is installed on your device, open it and click on “Open Event” under the AAIC 2019 logo. This will give you access to the AAIC 2019 event on the app. Click “Open” to launch the event and log in using your registration confirmation ID as the username and your last name as the password (the app is restricted to registered attendees). Once you log in, the app will automatically open to the AAIC 2019 event.

If you have another device (Windows, Blackberry, etc.), please use our web app. When launched from the internet browser on your phone, the content will display in an easy-to-use mobile view.

If you prefer to build out your daily schedules on your laptop or desktop in full-screen mode, use our Itinerary Planner. Then, install our app and sync your schedules to your device. Un-embargoed abstracts are included.

App Support

Having issues using the app? In-person support will be available during the conference on Saturday, July 13, and Sunday, July 14. Find us in the registration area located in the South Hall Lobby or email aaic@alz.org.
