Visa Information

Visitors outside the U.S. seeking to attend AAIC may require appropriate documents to enter the country. The type of documentation required depends on the purpose of the visit and your country of residence. For an overview and more information on obtaining a visa, visa policies and procedures, please visit the U.S. State Department’s website or use the Visa Wizard tool.

While the Association has no influence in the visa process, we do want you to be aware of potential delays in the process should you need to update your visa. Request a visa invitation letter.

Housing

Stay in the official AAIC hotel block and save! Reserve your room by July 2.

Discounted room rates are available to AAIC attendees as a benefit of registration. You will find a link to book housing in your registration confirmation email. You must be registered to book within the housing block.

Top reasons to book within the official AAIC housing block:

  • Official hotels are inspected and approved by the Alzheimer's Association.
  • Greater networking opportunities exist in hotels inside the block.
  • Housing representatives are available for on-site assistance with the official hotel.
  • Friendly booking terms — no change fees or full prepayment required.
  • AAIC Corporate Symposia and ancillary meetings are held at official hotels.
  • Complimentary standard internet in guest rooms for all guests that book in the housing block.

If you have any questions, please contact onPeak customer service at aaic@onpeak.com or call 800.789.7681 (within the U.S.) or 312.527.7300 (outside the U.S.).

Avoid scams: onPeak is the official housing provider of AAIC. Please note that hotel reservations made through any company other than onPeak are at the exclusive risk of the individual or group. If other companies contact you for hotel bookings, they are not endorsed by AAIC and should be considered a poacher.
