Rachel Fuller is the chief mission engagement officer of the Alzheimer's Association, where she provides strategic oversight of mission-related innovation and implementation. She scales new offerings to extend the Association’s reach to key audiences and increase access to quality care.
Fuller collaborates with the Association’s business leaders and chapter leadership to create strategic plans and deliver initiatives that drive growth. She oversees the development of these initiatives to engage community organizations, researchers, health care systems, long-term care and community based providers, constituents and key stakeholders.
With a wealth of experience in marketing, business development and social work, Fuller has unique insight to drive advancements in Alzheimer’s care, support and research. She most recently served as vice president of Marketing, where she led the Association’s brand strategy, advertising, strategic communications, digital marketing and field marketing communications. Prior to joining the Association, Fuller worked at marketing agencies managing clients such as Quaker, Frito Lay and a group of The UPS Store franchisees.
Fuller gained micro- and macro-level social work experience at the Jane Addams Center for Social Policy and Research and Rush University Medical Center Health & Aging, providing support and evaluating models of care for older adults and caregivers.
Fuller holds a master’s degree in social work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University.
