Family Caregiver Education Night

The Family Caregiver Education Night will be held Monday, June 12, 2017 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Kent State University at Stark.

The focus of the evening will be to provide families and caregivers with research based techniques and hands-on tools to face everyday challenges that are experienced throughout the caregiving journey. The cost to attend this event is $10, which includes light refreshments.

Inspired by interest in our Annual Symposium for professionals, in 2016 we introduced an additional educational opportunity specifically for caregivers: Caregiver Education Night the evening before. Our 2016 Caregiver Education Night featured Karen Stobbe, In The Moment Project Director and caregiver.

To Register for our Caregiver Education Night: Contact Bernadette Duffy at bduffy@alz.org or call 330.650.0552. For additional questions on sponsorship or other event details, please contact Samantha Sathre, education coordinator, at ssathre@alz.org.
