MedicAlert® + Alzheimer's Association Safe Return®

This program is a 24-hour nationwide emergency response service for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia who wander or have a medical emergency. We provide 24-hour assistance, no matter when or where the person is reported missing.

Comfort Zone® and Comfort Zone Check-In®

These web-based location management services can help families remotely monitor a person with Alzheimer's.

Care Team Calendar

The Alzheimer's Association Care Team Calendar, powered by Lotsa Helping Hands, is a free, personalized online tool to organize family and friends who want to help with caregiving.

Message Boards

ALZConnected®, powered by the Alzheimer's Association, is a social networking community designed for people with Alzheimer's disease and their caregivers to share concerns and advice.


Information ranging from the basics of Alzheimer's to financial and legal topics has been developed in collaboration with Alzheimer's Association subject matter experts, outside consultants and other authoritative sources.         


Referral Forms

Physicians and medical office staff may refer interested families/individuals to our programs and services using the Physician Fax Referral Form. Staff from non-medical community organizations may use the Programs and Services Referral Form to make referrals.
