General Summary

The Greater Kentacky & Southern Indiana National Chapter located in Louisville, KY is seeking an individual for the Office Coordinator position.

Essential Job Functions

- Manages all aspects of office and provides support to satellite offices
- Manages all aspects of office and provides support to satellite offices
- Manages office equipment, IT/phone vendors to assure consistent service; manages service outages
- Completes filing of invoices for payment, including proper coding
- Assists donor services as necessary with data entry and running of reports
- Monitors physical space, including storage, for efficient use and organization
- Assists with drafting memos and letters, takes meeting minutes as needed
- Assists with scheduling meetings and travel, as well other needs of management team
- Performs other duties as assigned 

Minimum Requirements

- 1-3 years experience in office management
- HS diploma/Some post college (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent typing, filing and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of fund-raising software (preferred)
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, diplomacy and initiative
- Ability to work independently
