General Summary

The Alzheimer's Association, New Mexico Chapter is seeking an Executive Director based in Albuquerque. The successful candidate will be versed in all aspects of non-profit management including fundraising, program development, strategic planning and implementation, and financial management. The Executive Director must possess the skills to advocate, educate, and motivate others in our efforts to eliminate Alzheimer's disease.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (master's preferred)
  • 7-10 years senior management in non-profit or business management position
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising, budgeting, and financial management
  • Proficiency in PC software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to travel through chapter territory and to national meetings.
  • Experience and knowledge of Alzheimer's and dementia preferred.
