Tribute gifts are those made in honor of someone you know or in memory of someone who has died. These gifts enable the Alzheimer’s Association to carry out its mission while keeping the memory of someone you love alive.
Gifts in memory: Memorial donations are a meaningful way to pay tribute to a relative, friend or colleague who has passed. When you give to the Alzheimer’s Association, Central New York Chapter, you honor a special life by helping us work towards our vision of a world without Alzheimer’s. When making a gift in memory, please include the name and address of the deceased's family so that we may acknowledge your donation correctly. Gifts can be made by mail or phone, online or in person at our office.

To acknowledge your donation, a letter will be sent to the individual on your behalf acknowledging that you have made a gift to the Alzheimer’s Association in her or his honor. When making a gift in honor, please include the name and address of the person being honored. Gifts can be made by mail or phone, online or in person at our office.
