December 31 is your last chance to make a gift to the Alzheimer's Association, Central New York Chapter and have it count towards this year's taxes.

There are three ways to make your gift:

  1. Online using our secure website.
  2. In-person at the Chapter office in Syracuse: The office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on December 31. Visitors can make gifts of cash, check and credit card in person.
  3. By phone using a credit card. Contact us at any of the numbers below during business hours:
