A recipe of hope

Family recipes undoubtedly bring a sense of togetherness.
A recall of emotion, a moment in time, something that transcends the present. This may be a recipe that represents our heritage, something that is carefully prepared each holiday or a simple creation served at a summer barbecue.

To honor these traditions and the individuals and families they represent, we’re hosting our annual
Alzheimer’s Association evening of impact with a collection of intimate gatherings. We need your support as we create an evening of inspiration and hope that begins in your very own kitchen.

On May 6, 2021 we are looking to our community of corporate, family and individual supporters to throw on an apron, preheat their oven and take the time to create some memories in a safe and engaging way with us this year. You will literally be “cooking for a cause.”

In collaboration with our local partner Together & Co, we have created a unique three-course meal kit to be prepared from the comfort of your own kitchen. You will prepare these easy to follow recipes, while others in the community do the same. We’ll be connected through a short online presentation, which will include community leaders and scientific professionals as we celebrate another critical year in moving the mission of the Alzheimer’s Association forward.

Cooking for a cause

Each meal kit will include a three-course meal for two curated by local catering company,
Together & Co. Each kit includes step-by-step instructions for preparing the courses as well as special recipes from community leaders, volunteers and staff. While you prepare your meals, join us for a special online presentation to learn more about Alzheimer’s, how the Alzheimer’s Association in research, care and support and advocacy thanks to the relentless efforts of the Central Ohio community. Purchase a meal kit today to secure your entry to this fun and impactful evening.
