Congratulations to our Volunteer of the Quarter: LA Castle

LA Castle has been a dedicated volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association, Central Ohio Chapter for more than five years. LA is a committee chair for our Walk to End Alzheimer’s, is a part of our Longest Day task force, and is a strong advocate for the Association. LA began volunteering after her father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and her family went through the heartbreak of watching him forget who they were and lose the ability to communicate.
LA is known for recruiting others to volunteer and always going above and beyond her volunteer role. Jill Grosenheider-Rudd, who organizes our Columbus Walk, says LA’s “dedication never waivers and she’s always willing to lend a helping hand.”
LA, we are so thankful to have you as volunteer. You bring the Association so much joy, and we appreciate all your hard work!
