Cleveland Area Chapter - what we do and how we help

Since 1980, the Cleveland Area Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association has provided free care and support services to individuals and their families living in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake and Lorain counties.

We help everyone facing Alzheimer's disease and other dementia by providing free support groups and educational resources, while advancing crucial research and public policy initiatives. We operate in a spirit of inclusiveness and welcome the power of diversity, especially the underserved.

Our mission: The Alzheimer's Association leads the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia - by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.

Our vision: A world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.®
