The Alzheimer's Association Cleveland Area Chapter provides free support, education, training and other resources to increase knowledge of the disease, and to support those facing Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. The community is encouraged to check available chapter support groups and educational programs scheduled both in-person and virtually.
We offer 15 monthly support groups in our five-county service area.

The Jan & Josephine Castora Family Caregiver Relief Program pays for non-medical in-home care services for caregivers providing daily care for a loved one.
