The Alzheimer's Association Connecticut Chapter is the primary source of information and support to the hundreds of thousands of Connecticut residents dealing with the effects of Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. With our office centrally located in Southington, we are able to offer communities across the state 24/7 multilingual Helpline support, Family Training Seminars, Care Consultation, First Responder Training, Support Groups and Educational Programs for healthcare professionals, those dealing with this disease and the public. The chapter has influenced public policy changes and has provided support to dementia research in the hope of finding a cure.
