Central and Western Kansas Chapter

The Alzheimer's Association is the premier source of information and support for individuals, family members and care partners living with dementia in our service area. Our chapter offers a broad range of programs and services, including a 24-hour Helpline (800.272.3900), at no cost to families. We fund advancements in research to prevent, treat and ultimately conquer this disease and, with our volunteers, raise awareness of, and advocate for, the needs and rights of people with dementia.

Alzheimer's Awareness License Plate

Once we collect 500 applications from interested individuals, the state will issue the plates. Please help us meet this goal as soon as possible!
