The Julie H.C. Bailey Learning Academy offers the following FREE consumer education programs, which are offered throughout the 18 counties in the Delaware Valley Chapter service area.

  • Legal, Financial and Ethical Care Planning
  • Understanding Behaviors and Communication
  and other Specialty Programs
