Looking ahead to the New Year
The Judy Fund

Dear friend,

Happy holidays from The Judy Fund family to yours!

During this season of holiday giving, we wanted to say thanks to all of our Judy Fund supporters! What a year this has been, filled with so many significant milestones that reflect the work we have done together over the past decade. We should all be so proud of the real impact we have made in the fight against Alzheimer's disease. Check out our 10 Years of Progress and, if you didn't get a chance to read the last newsletter, please sit down with a glass of wine and read about all you have done. Don't forget to make a toast!

We can't let the year end without sharing the big news about Still Alice, based on the wonderful NY Times bestselling book by Lisa Genova, staring Julianne Moore, Alec Baldwin, Kristen Stewart and Kate Bosworth. Still Alice looks at Alzheimer's from the inside out, and Julianne Moore's performance has already earned her outstanding critical notices and top awards. The Hollywood Reporter, one of the many rave reviews, speaks highly of the film and Moore's performance: "The warm, compassionate but bitingly honest 'Still Alice' will touch home for many people. The toll the disease takes on the life of a brilliant linguistics professor is superbly detailed by Julianne Moore in a career-high performance, driving straight to the terror of the disease and its power to wipe out personal certainties and identity."

If you'd like to read all about Still Alice and watch the film trailer, check out the Still Alice Movie facebook page. Still Alice will open in theaters across the country on January 16, 2015 — please come out and experience this touching film.

How about joining in a year end resolution that will really impact Alzheimer’s disease: Please consider making a meaningful year end gift to The Judy Fund. There is still so much to do — and we need your help to get to the finish line.

As 2014 comes to a close, I will raise my glass to you: to your health, to your happiness, and to time with your family and friends. Thanks for all you have done over the past decade; I feel very confident that the best is yet to come!

Happy Holidays!
