New Alzheimer's drug shows promise in clinical trial
The experimental drug lecanemab helped slow cognitive decline by 27% among people living with early Alzheimer's disease, according to topline Phase 3 clinical trial results reported by Eisai and Biogen. The Alzheimer's Association believes these are the most encouraging results in clinical trials treating the underlying causes of Alzheimer's to date. Learn more.
