The health and safety of our volunteers and staff remain our primary concern as we address the COVID-19 outbreak and continue pursuing our mission. Based on guidance from local, state and federal public health agencies, we are implementing the following precautionary measures beginning March 16.
Most importantly – our 24/7 Helpline is available whenever you need it.
Staff in all of our regional offices throughout Arizona and Southern Nevada will be working remotely. We are prepared with technological and other support to successfully pursue our mission under these circumstances.
Alzheimer’s Association operations will continue virtually, and we will reevaluate these measures on an ongoing basis and resume in-person engagements as soon as we are able, based on public health guidelines.
Adjustments include offering educational programs, support groups, and care consultations online and/or by phone; a number of programs may be rescheduled as well. This is a process we’re implementing as quick as we can. For updates on meetings and events, please visit alz.org/dsw.
Please continue to reach out as often as you need through the Alzheimer’s Association’s 24/7 for assistance and support at 800.272.3900.
