Currently, we have partnered with the Henry Ford Health System in Metro Detroit and Marquette Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Associates in Marquette.
- The Wraparound Program is a comprehensive, in-home care consultation program designed to meet the needs of individuals with difficult to manage behaviors, literally wraps services around those with memory loss and their families. The program works with a Community Collaborative Team, a collaboration of agencies specializing in mental health, public health and aging services, to help families navigate through the disease process.
