Mix, mingle and help end Alzheimer’s—Serve as a local Young Ambassador for the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Missouri Chapter!

The Young Ambassadors are a group of young professionals (18 to 40 years of age) personally impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and passionate about helping light the way to the first survivor. Members receive ongoing training and serve as Alzheimer’s Ambassadors in their professional and social circles.

Members participate in local YA social events, chapter volunteer opportunities and support the YA’s local Walk and Longest Day team fundraising efforts. Members also select one of three subcommittees to support:

  • Membership/Recruitment
  • Fundraising/Special Events
  • Communication/Advocacy

Our Mission: The Young Ambassadors are a diverse group of emerging leaders dedicated to advancing the efforts of ending Alzheimer's and related dementia disorders. We accomplish this through advocating for the cause throughout the region, raising funds to donate to research, and attracting new members to volunteer for our cause.

Our Vision: A world without Alzheimer’s
